Delap can be acquired for £30m if Ipswich Town are relegated from the Premier League, thanks to a release clause in his contract, with numerous clubs in England and abroad closely monitoring the striker's situation.
Ipswich Town currently sit third from bottom in the Premier League, 15 points from safety with five games remaining, but Delap has been a standout performer since his summer move from Manchester City in a deal worth up to £20m.
He has scored 12 goals in 32 Premier League appearances, and interest in the England U21 international is intensifying ahead of the summer transfer window.
In addition to Premier League clubs, overseas teams such as Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, and AC Milan are tracking the former Manchester City striker due to his impressive form at Ipswich.
