Man Utd first-team coach Darren Fletcher has had his touchline ban reduced to two matches after an appeal.
The Football Association had handed down a three-match ban and a £7,500 fine for Fletcher's behaviour during United's win over Brentford at Old Trafford in October.
Fletcher, whose fine has also been reduced to £6,000, was charged with misconduct over his interaction with the officials in the tunnel at half-time.
Fletcher admitted to this misconduct, but argued that it was only towards the fourth official and the referee, and also denied that he was abusive.
