Real Madrid overturned a two-goal deficit against Real Sociedad to reach the Copa del Rey final after a header from substitute Antonio Ruediger sealed a 4-4 draw and a 5-4 aggregate victory in extra time on Tuesday.
The visitors gave Real Madrid a scare when they took the lead through Ander Barrenetxea in the 16th minute, only for Endrick to level the scores 15 minutes later.
After winning the first leg 1-0, Carlo Ancelotti's side looked comfortable and a draw would have seen them through to the final.
However, goals from Pablo Marín and Mikel Oyarzabal, both deflected in by David Alaba, gave Real Sociedad a two-goal lead in the 80th minute.
However, Real hit back two minutes later when Jude Bellingham fired home from close range, and four minutes later Aurélien Tchouaméni headed home from Rodrygo's corner.
But Alaba's night was not over as he failed to clear a corner and Oyarzabal was left unmarked to head in the Basque side's fourth goal three minutes into stoppage time, sending the game into extra time.
Real booked their place in the final when substitute Arda Guller's corner was met by Ruediger, who headed home the equaliser to send Real Madrid through on aggregate.
Real Madrid, who have won the Spanish Cup only once in over a decade, will face either Barcelona or Atletico Madrid in a mouth-watering final in Seville next month.
Atlético fought back to hold Barca to a thrilling 4-4 draw ahead of Wednesday's return leg in Madrid.
