Go Ahead Eagles vs PSV
Match preview
Having had a week off after their dramatic Champions League win over Juventus, PSV Eindhoven looked like favourites to reach the KNVB Beker final when they took on Go Ahead Eagles on Wednesday.
However, it was the underdogs who came out on top at the Philips Stadion, with two first-half goals proving enough to secure a 2-1 victory.
PSV have now won just two of their last seven games in all competitions, and must now ensure they remain in the hunt for silverware heading into the international break in March.
Peter Bosz's side are five points behind leaders Ajax in the Eredivisie, having drawn three in a row.
Those stalemates, against NEC, Willem II and FC Utrecht, have made it a matter of urgency to get back on track, but the three defeats in the Dutch top flight have all come away from home.
As for the Go Ahead Eagles, their priority this season is to win the KNVB Beker for the first time in their history after one of the most remarkable triumphs in their history on Wednesday.
Having lost twice in 13 games prior to the match, Paul Simonis would have been confident of his side's chances, but that did not stop them from stunning the Dutch giants on the road.
The Go Ahead Eagles had not won on the road since January 10 and will be hoping to continue their excellent home form.
Go Ahead Eagles have not lost at De Adelaarshorst since a 5-1 defeat at the hands of Feyenoord on 19 October, and have taken a total of 24 points from their 12 home games.

Meanwhile, Noa Lang could return to the PSV starting line-up after coming off the bench at half-time in that game.
Johan Bakayoko could miss out in what could be the only change, with Ivan Perisic remaining on the left after scoring in three of his last four games.
