FIFA announced on the 7th that Italian national team defender Marco Courto, who was loaned from Como to Cesena, was suspended for 10 games.

The incident originated from a pre-season match between Wolves and the Como Football Association in July this year. After Wolves lodged formal complaints with the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), and the Korean Football Association (KFA) After submitting similar proposals to FIFA, it was finally decided to take disciplinary action against Kurt. A FIFA spokesperson said that Marco Kurt was held responsible for discriminatory behavior and was banned for ten games. Of the ten games, half of the ban is two years.
