Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly "upset" with Los Blancos' concerns over their recent struggles.
Real Madrid won the La Liga and Champions League double in the 2023-24 season as they cruised through in top form all through the campaign. With the addition of Kylian Mbappe, expectations were placed on Los Blancos to hit another gear. However, this has not happened as the 15-time Champions League winners have struggled for form and balance.
Questions have been placed over Ancelotti's immediate future at Real Madrid, with doubts also brewing from inside Los Blancos' top brass according to Antonio Romero on the SER program, ‘Carrusel Deportivo’, as per SPORT. The 65-year-old has been left upset by the doubts placed on him, according to the journalist. However, the club management is determined to stick with the uber-successful Italian coach, who has proven his acumen time and time again.
Despite the chaos at the club and Barcelona's 4-0 win over Los Blancos in the Clasico, Real Madrid are only one point off their bitter rivals in La Liga after the Catalan side's three-game winless streak in the league.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is said to believe that Ancelotti is still the right man for the job despite the issues with the Los Blancos' playing style. As such, it is highly likely that the Italian will remain at Santiago Bernabeu.
