The Public Prosecutor's Office denounces Payet, former Vasco player, for psychological violence against lawyer Larissa Ferrari, with whom he had an extramarital relationship.

Initially, the MP archived the case, but after an appeal from Larissa's defense, the decision was reconsidered.

According to the complaint, Payet is accused of causing harm and emotionally affecting Larissa through "attitudes, injurious and degrading expressions, as well as humiliation, manipulation, and ridicule".

The MP requests the conviction of the French player and the payment of moral damages and expenses for any health services provided to Larissa.
