Cork City will be without Ruairi Keating, Benny Couto, and Conor Drinan due to injuries for their Friday night match, although the latter two are expected to return soon.

Malik Dijksteel made a substitute appearance in their previous game, and his Dutch teammate Djenairo Daniels is the team's leading scorer this season with four goals in the last five matches, since joining from Icelandic football in April.

Bohemians will miss the English players Connor Parsons and Alex Lacey on this away trip, with Alex Lacey still recovering from a hamstring injury.

In their win against Derry, Bohemians started without a dedicated striker, as Colm Whelan was dropped, and former £10m Premier League player Lys Mousset remained on the bench once again.

Cork City possible starting lineup:

Troost; Mbeng, Anderson, Lyons, McLaughlin; Murray, Crowley, O’Sullivan; Maguire, Daniels, Dijksteel

Bohemians possible starting lineup:

Chorazka; Morahan, Grehan, Cornwall, Flores; Tierney, Devoy, McDonnell, Rooney; Clarke, Whelan
