Mainz officially announced today that the team has officially signed 21-year-old Australian international left back Casey Bosz.
According to the announcement on Mainz's official website, Casey Bosz previously played for the Australian Super League team Melbourne Victory. The two sides signed a four-year contract until the summer of 2029. The specific contract details and transfer fees will not be announced.
Casey Bosz has both Australian and Dutch passports. The player has played 26 games in the Australian Super League this season, scoring 4 goals and assisting 2 times. The player was called up to the Australian national team for the first time in June this year and was selected for the team's World Cup qualifying squad. His brother Jordan Bosz is also an Australian international and currently plays for Westerlo in the Belgian First Division.
