Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou has confirmed Destiny Udogie was substituted due to cramp, not injury, during the draw against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Udogie was one of two changes made by the Spurs boss before the game, with Micky van de Ven also coming into the line-up after both players were rested against Southampton, and played 79 minutes before being replaced by Djed Spence.
When asked about the fitness of the defender, who has missed extended periods of the season due to setbacks, Postecoglou said: “He had cramp. He was incredible today with the amount of running. He will be fine.”
