Real Madrid are facing a major goalkeeping dilemma ahead of their upcoming match against Valencia, with both Thibaut Courtois and Andriy Lunin sidelined due to injury.
Courtois has been struggling with right knee issues that have already forced him to miss the last two matches.
To make matters worse, Lunin recently suffered a minor tear in his soleus muscle, further depleting Real Madrid’s goalkeeping options.
But according to the latest news, Real Madrid brought Lunin in the squad list against Valencia. Although this does not mean that Lunin has recovered or is guaranteed to play, it may be good news for the Spanish capital team that the Ukrainian goalkeeper's injury may not be that serious
According to previous reports, with Courtois and Lunin injured, Real Madrid's 19-year-old goalkeeper Fran Gonzalez may be the starting goalkeeper in the match against Valencia.
