Talks have stalled between Frenkie de Jong and Barcelona over a new contract, reports Marca. The Netherlands midfielder's deal is set to expire in June 2026, meaning he'll be available for a cut-price fee this summer. However, as things stand, Barça are set to delay renewal talks until the end of the season, potentially opening the door to clubs from the Premier League -- with Liverpool recently linked. De Jong, 27, has played 13 times in LaLiga this season, scoring twice.
