The forward has made appearances in Liverpool's last three fixtures after being sidelined with the issue sustained during his goalscoring cameo at Nottingham Forest last month.
Having already dealt with an eight-week absence earlier in the season, the No.20 is now ready to leave his mark on a crucial period for Arne Slot's side.
He told Liverpoolfc.com: "Especially after the first one [injury], it was a long time out, it requires time. Now it was a quick one and every game it's a step forward into the game rhythm. I want to be able to help the team as much as I can.
"I'm ready to go. Everyone will have the chance because there's a tough schedule. So, everyone's going to be a big help for the team and hopefully everyone can contribute."
Jota's next opportunity to impact could come against his former side Wolverhampton Wanderers at Anfield in the Premier League.
The Portugal international played 131 times and scored 44 goals for Sunday's opponents prior to making the switch to Merseyside in September 2020.
"It's obviously always special against Wolves for me," he continued. "I know their ability, I still have some good friends there and they won't make it any easier for us.
"We need to make a good performance and with our fans behind us I think we can win."
Jota is welcoming the quick turnaround from Wednesday night's Merseyside derby to the showdown with Wolves.
Liverpool are looking to return to winning ways after the frustration of the results against Everton and Plymouth Argyle in the last week.
He said: "This is going to be a tough period, we have a lot of games coming up and that's the good thing if things don't go well, obviously you have a quick chance to turn it around very quickly.
"It's not been great and we, as a team, need to bounce back. I think the commitment of the team was very good and small margins didn't allow us to get those three points.
"But now at home with our fans, I believe we need to get back on track and we certainly can do."
