Andriy Lunin celebrates his 26th birthday today. The goalkeeper, who is currently in his fifth season in the Real Madrid squad, was born on 11 February 1999 in Krasnohrad (Ukraine). His debut with the first team came in the 2020/21 season against Alcoyano in the Copa del Rey. Since then, he has picked up 11 trophies as a Madridista.
Lunin has made 55 appearances for Real Madrid and has started two finals in which the club claimed trophies: the club's eighth Club World Cup and the club's 13th Spanish Super Cup. He has won 2 Champions League titles, 2 Club World Cups, 2 Uefa Super Cups, 2 LaLiga titles, 1 Copa del Rey and 2 Spanish Super Cups. In addition, he is a full international with Ukraine and won the U-20 World Cup, where he also picked up the Golden Glove.
