According to Fichajes, Manchester United are looking at a number of options in the transfer market who will be free agents at the end of the season.

One such option that has caught the eye of the Red Devils is Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin. The Englishman will be a free agent at the end of the season and is thought to be a good option for the Old Trafford club, who are in need of a striker.

Manager Ruben Amorim will be looking to strengthen his squad in the summer transfer window, and will be looking at low-cost options. Marcus Rashford is out on loan at Aston Villa until the end of the season, and several reports have suggested that the England international will remain at Old Trafford. The future of Rasmus Hojlund is also in doubt, leaving United in need of a striker.

They have been linked with the likes of Victor Osimhen and Viktor Gyokeres. However, the club need to manage the PSR threshold and control the wage bill. Calvert-Lewin could be a cost-effective option for Amorim.

He is known for his physical strength and aerial dominance. One of his key attributes is his exceptional heading ability, which makes him a constant threat from set pieces and crosses. Calvert-Lewin combines strength with surprising agility, allowing him to outrun defenders while maintaining pace on the counter-attack.

His finishing is clinical, whether it's with his head or his feet, and he displays a commendable work-rate both in attack and when tracking back. His hold-up play makes it easier for the team to get involved and is a key part of Everton's attacking strategy. In terms of quality, he could prove to be a very good option.

The Everton striker may see Manchester United as an opportunity to play for a big Premier League club, but he will certainly demand a higher wage to move to Old Trafford. It remains to be seen what will happen in the end.
