Roma officially announced that Twente’s 23-year-old left back Salah Edin has joined the club. It is reported that Salah Edin's transfer fee is 8 million euros.

Roma Football Club is delighted to announce the permanent signing of Salah Edin from Twente.

The Dutch left-back was born on January 18, 2002. The player grew up in the youth training systems of Alkmaar and Ajax. The player will make his first-team debut with Ajax in 2022.

In the 2022-2023 season, he was loaned to Twente, and then officially transferred to join in 2024, gradually establishing a foothold in Twente.

Salah Edin will become the ninth Dutch player to play for Roma, choosing to wear the No. 34 shirt there.
