Ange Postecoglou confirmed Tottenham will be without Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven for the match against Rangers on Thursday.
Spurs will be without Romero - who limped off in the weekend's defeat to Chelsea - for an unspecified amount of time, with Guglielmo Vicario, Richarlison, Ben Davies and Wilson Odobert also on the injured list.
"With the weekend's fallout, Romero and Van de Ven - we're still getting clarity over the injuries - but we're going to be without them again," Postecoglou said.
"At the moment we're still trying to get timelines on those guys, so I wouldn't put a time on it yet."
Rodrigo Bentancur is, however, available for Thursday's Europa League game against Rangers, with his suspension not applying to European competition.
"It's no secret we're thin on numbers, we can't change that," Postecoglou said. "We've got big games coming up and we'll deal with what we've got, and I'm still confident we can get the job done."
