Omar Marmoush scored twice for the hosts during their win against Wolfsburg, and converted a match-winning penalty in the 82nd minute shortly after Ridle Baku had brought Wolfsburg level in the 76th minute.
Eintracht Frankfurt had just 40% possession against the Wolves and faced 18 shots, 11 of which were from inside the penalty area.
The Eagles won 3-1 in their second game of the league season against Hoffenheim on August 31, and lost 2-0 against Borussia Dortmund in their first on August 24.
Manager Dino Toppmoller will be concerned that his team have conceded 39 shots in just three top-flight matches, though only five teams have conceded fewer goals so far this term.
Toppmoller's side have won three of their four competitive games this season, and have scored eight goals and conceded on five occasions.
Eintracht Frankfurt's two Bundesliga wins this campaign were their first victories in their last seven league fixtures, a period in which they have drawn twice and lost three times.
Opponents Borussia Monchengladbach have not started the season well, and have lost two of their three top-flight matches, including a 3-2 defeat against champions Bayer Leverkusen.
In fairness to manager Gerardo Seoane, his side's losses have come against last season's first and second-placed teams, and it would be harsh to read too much into those results.
Seoane will still be disappointed that his club failed to get any points in those matches considering they had levelled the scoreline in the 85th minute after being 2-0 down against Leverkusen and had drawn level against Stuttgart in the 27th minute after trailing 1-0, but they still lost both fixtures.
Borussia Monchengladbach have won just twice in their last 10 matches, drawing three times and losing on five occasions.
The visitors have been poor away from home for some time, and while they beat VfL Bochum on August 31 in their last away game, that was just their third win on the road in their last 17 attempts.
Eintracht Frankfurt will be without midfielder Oscar Hojlund until December due to a metatarsal injury, while Mehdi Loune is set to be out until late October.
Kevin Trapp is scheduled to return in the middle of next month, though attacker Mario Gotze is unlikely to feature until later in October.
Borussia Monchengladbach have several longer-term absentees, including Yvandro Borges Sanches, who is expected to be unavailable until December.
Elsewhere, Simon Walde and Jonas Omlin are not likely to return until November, while Jan Olschowsky and Franck Honorat are scheduled to be back some time next month.
Eintracht Frankfurt possible starting lineup:
Santos; Tuta, Koch, Nkounkou; Kristensen, Skhiri, Larsson, Theate, Chaibi; Marmoush, Ekitike
Borussia Monchengladbach possible starting lineup:
Omlin; Scally, Itakura, Elvedi, Netz; Sander, Weigl; Ngoumou, Stoger, Hack; Kleindienst
