Oluwaseyi, who recently scored twice, and goalkeeper Dayne St. Clair have joined Canada's team, while Joseph Rosales is representing Honduras, and Kipp Keller is still out with a leg injury.
On a positive note, Lod and Michael Boxall may be available again following their recent international commitments.
San Diego have also lost important players to international duties, with midfielders Luca de la Torre representing the United States and Anibal Godoy playing for Panama at the Gold Cup.
Meanwhile, Hamady Diop, Manu Duah, Andres Reyes, and Marcus Ingvartsen are all expected to miss the game due to ongoing leg injuries.
