S.S. Lazio announces that it has permanently signed the footballer Nuno Albertino Varela Tavares, coming from Arsenal F.C. The footballer has signed an employment contract until 30 June 2028.
According to previous reports, Arsenal will receive a transfer fee of €9 million, which is part of the mandatory buyout clause included in the player's loan agreement. Arsenal will also retain the player's secondary transfer share clause.
Tavares has performed well in Serie A this season. He contributed 9 assists in 30 games for Lazio. Although the Portuguese's form has declined after suffering an injury, Lazio still bought out the talented left-back. His current market value is €25 million.
