After winning the German championship, Vincent Kompany and his team had a few days off to catch their breath – but now it's time to prepare for the next big highlight for FC Bayern. 19 days after the final Bundesliga match of the season against TSG Hoffenheim (4-0), the Munich team will return to Säbener Straße tomorrow, June 5th. Then, training begins ahead of the 2025 Club World Cup in the USA.

Departure to the USA on June 10th

Coach Kompany has scheduled a total of five training sessions before departing for the United States on June 10th. Initially, however, only a small part of his team will be available to the Belgian, as a large part of the squad will be traveling with their respective national teams at the same time. Many players will therefore only join the team later.

In the USA, the Munich team will set up base camp in Orlando, Florida, where they will fine-tune the final touches before the major football event. On June 14, the Bayern entourage will then depart for Cincinnati, where FCB will play its opening match against New Zealand's Auckland City FC the following day (June 15, 6 p.m. German time).
