Fulham are set to pursue Wolves manager Vitor Pereira should Marco Silva decide to leave.
Officials at Craven Cottage view the Portuguese coach as their top replacement choice, as Silva evaluates his options this summer.
Silva has been associated with a position at Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal, alongside Nottingham Forest's Nuno Espirito Santo.
Pereira, 56, quickly became a fan favorite at Molineux after taking over from Gary O’Neil in December, when Wolves were languishing in 19th in the Premier League.
The former Fenerbahce manager orchestrated an impressive turnaround, ensuring the team avoided relegation with room to spare.
Fulham considers Pereira a strong fit, as doubts persist about Silva’s long-term commitment at the club.
Silva, 47, might be swayed by lucrative offers from Saudi Arabia and could feel he has maximized Fulham's potential.
Meanwhile, Pereira may welcome the stability of a mid-table role and the opportunity to challenge for European spots.
Wolves could see key players depart in the summer, with Matheus Cunha expected to be the first to go.
Manchester United is reportedly activating the Brazilian's £62 million release clause, which would complicate Pereira's task.
If Fulham targets Pereira, they might offer a more attractive financial package and a strategic long-term vision that aligns with his goals.
Pereira has a history of frequent moves, holding his 14th senior role, and has stayed longer than a year in only one of his last ten positions.
