Dundee has parted ways with manager Tony Docherty after the conclusion of the Scottish Premiership season.
The Dens Park side defeated St Johnstone 2-0 on Sunday, securing a 10th-place finish in the league.
In a statement, Dundee explained that the team's results did not meet the club's expected standards.
Docherty, aged 54, was appointed in May 2023 and guided the Dark Blues to a sixth-place finish in his first season.
This season's points total is only one less than the previous campaign, with seven points earned in the bottom half after the split, and Dundee faced the threat of playoffs entering their final match.
Coaches Stuart Taylor, Alan Combe, and Graeme Henderson have also departed, as the club intends to restructure the football department.
Docherty, nominated for the PFA Scotland Manager of the Year in 2024, had a long history working with Derek McInnes as assistant manager at St Johnstone, Aberdeen, and Kilmarnock before joining Dundee.
