Arne Slot has provided an update on the fitness of Alisson Becker, Conor Bradley and Ryan Gravenberch ahead of the Merseyside derby.
Liverpool host Everton at Anfield on Wednesday night and head coach Slot held a press conference to preview the 8pm BST kick-off on Tuesday morning.
Alisson and Gravenberch left the Brazil and Netherlands camps early during the international break while Bradley has been sidelined since February due to injury.
Slot told reporters: “Ryan is OK although we have to train one more time, but he is OK. Ali trained with us as well. The last check has to be made, I think that’s this afternoon after the session, [to determine] if he is available to play.
“Conor is training with us again but we have to make a decision on whether he is playing and if playing means coming in or starting. That’s something I keep for myself.
“But he’s only had a few sessions after being out for quite long with a repetitive injury so we have to make a smart decision with that as well.”
Slot also confirmed Trent Alexander-Arnold remains unavailable due to the injury he sustained before the international break.
