The group stage results of the 2025 Copa Libertadores have been announced. On March 17th, at the CONMEBOL Convention Center in Luque, Paraguay, a total of 32 teams were drawn into eight groups (Group A to Group H) through a lottery. Each group consists of four teams, with each team selected from different pots. Teams from the same association are generally not drawn into the same group, except for the four winners of the third stage, which are allocated to Pot 4 and may be grouped with another team from the same association. The specific members of each group are as follows:

Grupo A includes Botafogo, Estudiantes, Universidad de Chile, and Carabobo.

Grupo B includes River Plate, Ind. Del Valle, Universitario, and Barcelona.

Grupo C includes Flamengo, LDU Quito, Deportivo Táchira, and Central Córdoba.

Grupo D includes São Paulo, Libertad, Talleres, and Alianza Lima.

Grupo E includes Racing, Colo-Colo, Fortaleza, and Atl. Bucaramanga.

Grupo F includes Nacional, Internacional, Atlético Nacional, and Bahia.

Grupo G includes Palmeiras, Bolivar, Sporting Cristal, and Cerro Porteño.

Grupo H includes Peñarol, Olimpia, Vélez Sarsfield, and San Antonio.
