The Mirror stated that Manchester United's medical team has seen the departure of two key members, namely sports medicine director O'Driscoll and first-team doctor Moxon.
O'Driscoll joined Manchester United from Arsenal 18 months ago in a move that was seen as a major signing for the club. He played for Arsenal for 14 years and was chairman of the Premier League Medical Association and a member of the FA's medical committee.
However, according to previous reports, his and Moxon's resignation was just a coincidence and was not related to Manchester United's layoffs. O'Driscoll believes that he has completed the reform work in Manchester United's medical system, so it is time to choose to leave.
In addition, although Manchester United players have suffered more than 60 injuries of varying degrees this season, their departure has nothing to do with injury problems.
