According to reporter Fabrizio Romano, documents ready for Joshua Kimmich’s new deal at Bayern to be signed.

It will be valid until June 2029, as planned.

According to earlier reports, Kimmich's new contract is worth around €20 million a year before tax.

Kimmich, 30, has played for three Bundesliga sides, RB Leipzig, Stuttgart and Bayern Munich. Since his move in 2015, Kimmich has played 428 times for Bayern Munich, scoring 43 goals and providing 114 assists. He has won more than 20 titles with the German Giant Including the 19/20 UEFA Champions League champion.

Kimmich's current contract expires this summer. The likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona have been linked with the German midfielder, but it is more and more clear that Kimmich will continue to play in Germany.
