Manchester United legend Scholes pointed out that even if the current results are not good, Amorim is not under much pressure, and he needs at least 3 to 4 transfer windows to rebuild the team.

"I don't think he's under too much pressure at the moment," Scholes said. "I think he's OK. He's got plenty of time now and he needs to turn this club around but he hasn't actually signed any players yet. There are a lot of areas that need to improve and he needs three or four transfer windows, which is a long time, to get the club back to where it should be."

The show's host pointed out Amorim's reluctance to abandon the tactical system he inherited: "I think he is under pressure, probably because of his stubbornness in the system. I understand why he doesn't change, but as the manager of Manchester United, he is under huge pressure."

Scholes sees no point in restarting the search for a new manager: "I think they have to stick with him. Otherwise what's going to happen?"

"He is a smart young coach with strong communication skills and there are too many things happening at Manchester United right now that are not conducive to his development. Let's give him time and support him to lead the team forward."
