Serie A team Parma officially announced that it has officially renewed the contract with the team's Australian international center back Chilcati until 2029.

The 21-year-old Chilkati transferred from Perth Glory to Parma in February 2021, and he made his official debut from Parma in the 2021-22 season. Due to a serious injury to the anterior cruciate ligament of his left knee last September (and therefore missed the first leg of the World Cup qualifiers between Australia and the Chinese national team), Chilkati has only played 5 times for Parma this season.

Although Chircati has not yet recovered from his injury, Parma still announced that they have officially renewed their contract with Chircati until June 2029.

So far in his career, Chilcati has played four times for the Australian national team and his current market value on Transfermarkt is 8.5 million euros.
