Mikel Arteta has admitted that Myles Lewis-Skelly will need further tests to discover the full extent of his knee injury.
The Arsenal defender , who has been enjoying a breakout season in north London, picked up a knock in Saturday's draw with Aston Villa and missed the Gunners' 3-0 Champions League win over Dinamo Zagreb.
Asked if he will be fit for the weekend, Arteta said: "I’m not sure. He jarred his knee in the game against Villa and thought he was okay when he finished the game.
"The next day he wasn’t bad, but yesterday [Tuesday] he wasn’t felling right, he started the session and wasn’t feeling good.
"We need some more tests tomorrow. Hopefully it’s nothing big, but games are coming very fast. He will need to do a scan."
