League One Leyton Orient will host Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City in the fourth round of the FA Cup tie after edging out Derby in a penalty shootout on Tuesday night.
Zech Obiero struck the winning spot-kick after Josh Keeley had denied Callum Elder, with Orient winning 6-5 on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
In normal time, Dajuane Brown’s 24th-minute strike for Derby had cancelled out Charlie Kelman’s opener just four minutes earlier. Orient finished with 10 men after Sean Clare was sent off in the 113th minute.
