Chelsea contact Bayern over Tel availability

Chelsea have contacted Bayern Munich to ask about the availability of 19-year-old forward Mathys Tel.

Chelsea also made a firm enquiry about him in the summer.

Bayern have an interest in signing Christopher Nkunku but no swap deal has been discussed or offered by Chelsea.

Chelsea are ready to make a bid for Tel if they are given any encouragement that a deal is possible.
