Riccardo Calafiori has revealed William Saliba told him he touched the ball for Brighton's controversial penalty against Arsenal on Saturday.
With the Gunners leading 1-0, Joao Pedro went down after clashing heads with Saliba - and replays showed that the French defender got a slight nick on the ball before the Brighton forward went down.
The decision was crucial as Arsenal were held to a 1-1 draw, which meant they missed the chance to close the gap on Premier League leaders Liverpool, who drew themselves with Man Utd on Sunday.
"I couldn't see it to be honest," said Calafiori after the game.
