Manchester United lost again in the Premier League on Saturday, going down 3-2 to Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford.
There were a few disappointing performances in the game. Onana had a rough day, and Martinez was outmanoeuvred by Milenkovic in the lead-up to Forest's opening goal.
However, we were particularly disappointed with Diogo Dalot's performance at left wing-back.
The Portuguese player has had trouble impressing in this role on several occasions, and yesterday was no different. Dalot didn't manage to make any of his nine crosses count.
He lost the ball a whopping 21 times, and committed three fouls, while only managing to complete one long ball (1/3).
Dalot was one of the least impressive performers alongside Onana and Martínez. He got a 4/10 from Manchester Evening News for not providing any attacking threat.
We think manager Ruben Amorim should drop him to the bench after yesterday's performance.
Dalot has clearly found it tough going in the left wing-back role. Perhaps it's time to give him a break.
We think Noussair Mazraoui should play there in the next few games, now that Leny Yoro is fit to start in the back three with Martinez and De Ligt after his injury lay-off.
