Sky Sports' Jamie Carragher:
"I think there'll be a lot of coaches up and down the country watching his interviews before every game and hour after every game, how he deals with that situation.
"Finally, he's going through a little bit what every other coach goes through. Sleepless nights, waking up in the morning, the first thing you think about, 'should I try him', and you're second-guessing yourself, because everything he's ever tried before has worked.
"But I think what it shows is, no matter how great you think these managers are, they still need great players.
"And I go back to Jurgen Klopp a couple of years ago, when his midfield legs had gone, he finished outside the top four. Pep's first season at Manchester City, he didn't have the full-backs he had, he wanted to do what he wanted. I think he had four full-backs at City.
"Gael Clichy was one, Bacary Sagna was another. They didn't have the legs and the energy, and they finished third. As soon as he got the players he wanted, they ran away with everything.
"But they haven't got the midfield players right now, in terms of legs and energy, to do what he wants. And that's why they're struggling. And I don't think there is a real quick fix to this."
