Interim boss Lee Carsley has confirmed England have suffered a 10th withdrawal of the November meet up after Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa went off with a hip complaint in Athens.
Konsa will return to his club and miss the game against the Republic of Ireland in the Nations League at Wembley on Sunday.
"He's been assessed by the medical team," Carsley said.
"The scan results are back and now he'll go back to Villa this afternoon.
"Like I said, we won't take any risk on any of the players so - apart from Ezri - we're in good condition."
