Kane to start: 'I'm ready to give my all'

England captain Harry Kane will start against the Republic of Ireland on Sunday, having been dropped for Thursday's win against Greece.
"It's not the first time I have been a sub for England. Since Lee has been in charge, I have only played one game per camp," he said.
"I always want to start every game, I have never shied away from that, we're in a tough stage of the season.
"But whenever called upon, I will always give my all for the team, whether it's off the bench or starting, I will always give my ultimate effort."
Carsley confirmed after Thursday's 3-0 win against Greece that Kane would start against the Republic, having been surprisingly named among the substitutes in Athens.
"With Harry Kane you always think goals, but he brings a lot more to the squad and the team than that," Carsley said.
"His leadership skills, he's a good guy, which is really important as well.
"The example he sets to our younger players. He's a crucial part of the England team and moving forward and I'm looking forward to seeing him again tomorrow."
