Raul Moro, the Real Valladolid winger, has caught the attention of several Premier League clubs. The Spanish winger started out at Barcelona's La Masia youth academy and moved to Serie A Lazio in 2019. But Raul's move to Italy wasn't straightforward. After spending a long time as a substitute and on loan several times, Raul decided to return to the Spanish league.
Last season, Moro joined Real Valladolid on loan from Lazio and played a big part in helping them win promotion from the Spanish Second Division. He then joined permanently in June.
Despite his club having a tough start to the 2024/25 La Liga season, Moro did well, scoring two goals and providing one assist. The former Lazio winger is gradually making the most of his talent.
He signed a four-year contract at the José Zorrilla Stadium, but there's a chance he'll be affected by the club's relegation battle. Valladolid has now won two, drawn two and lost six in La Liga, which puts them 17th in the league and in a relegation battle.
If Real Valladolid manages to break into the top league, it's likely that three English teams will come calling for Raul, including the defending champions Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
Fichajes.net says Moro's speed and directness on the wing have caught the eye, and he's valued at 10 million euros.
It's worth noting that the club is unlikely to consider selling the 21-year-old in January, as he's crucial to their chances of staying in La Liga in 2025. However, the above clubs may still wait and see, and they also want to know how long Raul Moro can keep up this level of performance.
