Gavi said he was really looking forward to going back to Barcelona. After welcoming Frenkie de Jong back to the fold, Barcelona have brought in another key midfielder.
It was a shame to see Gavi out of action for so long due to injury. The fans and the club haven't forgotten him, and after a long 11-month absence, the Barca star finally returned to the team after the October international break.
Gavi's knee surgery has meant he's been on the bench for Hansi Flick's starting line-up at Barcelona, but the German coach has been impressed with his performances in training.
